Measures approx. 9” by 13” by 1-1/2” <p> This came from a private naval reference collection and was purchased new. Book is in very good condition for its age with some slight wear on cover edges. Collector’s name is written in ink on inside cover, no book plate. Interior pages in excellent condition, no markings. This is the well-known standard annual reference work for the world’s Navies, and is a “must-have” invaluable resource of any naval reference library. One first in the US section is the listing of Ballistic Missile submarines (Strategic Warfare Ships) before the Carriers, and a half page listing of the proposed SABMIS cruiser (Sea-based Anti Ballistic Missile cruiser). Also, many of the old WWII ships are no longer listed as they have been decommissioned.
