Item Special Note
Certificate expires June 30, 2010. All rules and regulations of Memorial Hospital of Union County Health Center apply. New members must complete a health assessment and be cleared by their physician if deemed necessary by Health Center staff. Does not include the cost of stress test if required.
For the winning bidder: Upon the conclusion of the auction, the credit card you used to register for bidding will be charged for the winning bid amount. Winning bidder will receive a gift certificate for the service. Item will be available for pick-up during normal business hours at the United Way office, located at 232 N. Main Street in Marysville, Ohio. The winning bidder may choose to have the item shipped via U.S. Mail by indicating so via e-mail upon conclusion of the auction. The cost of shipping will be added to the credit card charge.
