Item Description
Sharon St. Hilaire of Seekonk, MA "paints" in yarn, creating minimalist works with bold color and texture. Each work is composed of thousands of crochet stitches. This allows her to create texture - tactile designs that are compelling, simultaneous statements of simplicity and complexity. Sharon's original inspiration came from a yarn painting by a Huichol Indian from Mexico.
