How it works:

You will receive a Welcome Packet which includes general instructions and information as well as outgoing/return pre-paid shipping labels.  Fill out the delivery address, travel dates, number of bags of each type, and return address. A Luggage Coordinator will schedule a pick up for the luggage and will complete the round-trip arrangements. We can schedule a pick up within 72 hours.

• Certificate is valid for one year.
• Pick up dates are subject to availability.
• Bag pick up must be scheduled within 72 hours prior to departure.
• All schedules operate only on business days.
