The Printshop is pleased to introduce Subscription to its annual Benefit Print edition.

Benefit Print 2004 will be created by an accomplished artist, and published in a limited edition of 75. The artist, whose name will be announced on September 3rd, will donate the entire edition to benefit the Printshop. Early subscription at the rate of $300 was available through March 5th. You can now subscribe to the Benefit Print for $500, payable on or before September 3rd, 2004. After that, the Benefit Print will be available at a higher retail price. At this time, the prints will also be available for distribution. This year, the artist was nominated by the Printshop's expert Art & Editions Committee. This established artist is New York City based, and represented by Ronald Feldman Fine Arts, NYC. Over the past 15 years, this artist's work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions in the USA and internationally, including Ronald Feldman Fine Arts, White Box, Exit Art/The First World, P.S. 1, Brooklyn Museum of Art, Museum of Modern Art, NYC, etc., and included in public collections, such as the Museum of Modern Art, NY, NY, Whitney Museum of American Art, NY, NY, and the Progressive Corporation, Cleveland, OH. The Printshop's Benefit Print program celebrates artistic excellence and collaboration. It helps the Printshop secure much needed funding for artists' residencies and facilities expansion.

is a not-for-profit workshop that promotes and advances the art of printmaking. By providing open access to professional printmaking facilities, financial and technical assistance to artists, innovative education programs, and public lectures and exhibitions, we make printmaking accessible for emerging and established artists, school-age children, and local, national, and international audiences.
