Online Bidders

Any items not picked up by the end of the evening will be delivered or shipped to you with a $25 delivery or hold charge per item added to your account. Additional mailing fees may apply.

Live Event Bidders

Big Board, Wine Pull, Grab Bags, Plush Ponies, and Mission Items may be purchased directly with cash, check, or credit card. All silent auction items must be purchased through mobile bidding. A credit card is required to bid, however at checkout you may pay by cash, check, or credit card.
Silent auction ends at 10 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2016 unless otherwise announced.
Your mobile bid constitutes a contract to buy. Please give thoughtful consideration to your bidding. If you are the winning bidder and you did not pay by cash or check we will automatically charge your credit card.
We encourage all bidders to come to checkout, which will start approximately 15 minutes after the silent auction closes and continues to the close of the evening. You may take your items home with you following check-out.
All purchases must be paid in full (using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check or cash) Friday evening unless special arrangements are made with staff. Please make checks payable to SIRE.

All sales and the decisions of SIRE are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed. SIRE makes no warranties or guarantees and SIRE is not responsible for items once claimed. All donor stipulations must be honored. SIRE assumes no responsibility for the failure of the auction donor to provide the items or services offered. SIRE reserves the right to remove any item from the auction without notice and change minimum bids as necessary.
