The online portion of Going for the Green is now open. The auction will run from February 27, 2015 to March 15, 2015.

Proceeds go to STAR Inc. in order to support the availability of educational programs, including environmental education, for 15,000 children throughout California. Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise. So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!

Help us support 15,000 deserving children throughout California attend innovative educational programs through before, during and after-school academic and enrichment classes. Help us with the care and feeding of our exotic rescued wildlife at the STAR Eco Station, an environmental science and exotic wildlife rescue center providing visitors environmental education. STAR Eco Station works with government agencies to rescue illegally imported wildlife and partners with environmental agencies to spread a message of green living and sustainability.
