Starting on April 8, 2017, Tempe Montessori Parents Organization will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help.

The Tempe Montessori Parents’ Organization (TEMPO) was established in 1995 and is dedicated to serving the educational needs of students seeking a Montessori education. This is our 9th annual spring auction event! Havana Nights features a raffle drawing (Tuft & Needle Mattress up to $750 value, Pollack Movie Basket with $200 value and $250 cash), a silent auction with mobile bidding, and a live auction! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and 100% of the proceeds directly benefits students through scholarships to Tempe Montessori School.

Our Havana Nights themed event offers a beautiful, laid back atmosphere to enjoy conversation with friends, families and community members while participating in the silent and live auctions. This year, there are no reserved tables, as guests will enjoy a buffet style dinner with heavy hors d'oeuvres (cuban sliders, portobello sliders, ropa vieja chicken, cuban style rice, black beans & dessert tray), salad, soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade & water. Ticket price also includes 1 hour (6:00-7:00 p.m.) of open bar for beer and wine. Thereafter, alcohol is available for guests to purchase.

Schedule for the evening:
5:45-7:00 p.m. Registration
6:00-8:00 p.m. Silent auction with mobile bidding **Automatic bid extension enabled and may extend closing time of silent auction
6:00-7:00 p.m. Open bar for ticketed guests
7:30-8:00 p.m. Wine pull ($20 cash, check to TEMPO or registered credit card)
8:00 p.m. Recognition of Sponsors and Auction Committee
8:30-9:00 p.m. Live Auction, followed by raffle drawing
9:00-10:00 p.m. Check out
