Back by popular demand, the Tourism Cares Silent and Live Auctions, featuring packages from Premium Outlets!

It’s baaacck! You asked for it and now you've got it! The NTA Silent Auction is back at the NTA Annual Convention, November 13 – 16, 2010.

This year we are proud to feature packages from Premium Outlets®

Proceeds from both the Live and Silent Auctions will help fund Tourism Cares' student programs and scholarships, worldwide grants, and tourism industry volunteer projects.

Give a little and get a lot in return! Your participation is an invaluable part of Tourism Cares’ fundraising efforts. By donating an item, travel package, cruise or service directly online, you'll be helping to raise funds for NTA’s official philanthropy and you'll receive great exposure on the Tourism Cares auction site including a link back to your own web page!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ENTER YOUR DONATION

How to Donate:

1. Click the “Donate Items” button to the left
   
2. Create your own username and password
3. Follow the prompts to input the information about your donation
4. Upload your photos and logo. Please make sure that photos are in the correct format (in jpg, gif or png) and that the names do not contain any dashes.
5. Email katih@tourismcares.org with any questions.

 A Few Tips:

1. When submitting a donation, be sure to complete all of the required information: Contact information, item name, description and estimated value
2. Make sure all of your photos are in an approved format: jpg, gif, or png
3. The session time is 30 minutes, so if you are logged in for longer your donation won't submit. Complete the donation form only when you're ready to submit your item(s)

PLEASE NOTE: Your donation may not appear immediately on the auction site. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few days of your donation. Please make sure to check SPAM filters if you do not receieve a notification. Physical items will not be on display at the auction in Montreal because of customs regulations. Arrangements for shipping physical items to high bidders following the auction will be the responsibility of the donor. Donations requiring certificates, such as hotel stays, should be sent to Tourism Cares at:
