The gates are now OPEN! Our 2011 Online Auction, Glorietta Derby Days, will run from February 9, 2011 to February 24, 2011, with the live event taking place on February 26, 2011. Proceeds go to the Glorietta Parents Club in order to support Glorietta Elementary School. Auction items include a wide range of winner's circle treasures guaranteed to delight and surprise. So tell your friends, family, community. Place your bids now and let the races begin!
Our TOP TWO highest bidders for the week will each win a pair of DERBY DRINK TICKETS to redeem at our Live Event on February 26th, or a bottle of bourbon to create Derby cocktails at home. So get your bids in now and we could be toasting you in the Winner's Circle!
One of the best things about participating in the Glorietta Derby is that you get when you give! To collect your winnings, please follow the instructions below:
All physical items should be picked up at Glorietta Elementary's multi-purpose room on Tuesday, March 1 from 8 - 10 am or 1:30-3:00 pm.
Glorietta families should also pick up gift certificates at the designated times listed above.
Buyers outside the Glorietta community will receive their certificates via USPS. Certificates will be mailed 2-3 weeks after the auction closes.
