The New York in Hollywood event is organized by The Enviroment of People Foundation and takes place on the CBS Studio Center New York St. backlot each year (home to Seinfeld, Will and Grace, CSI New York).
Proceeds raised from the event benefit the CSUN Music Therapy Wellness Clinic. Celebrity studded, this fun and music filled event allows the families the clinic serves a day to celebrate their children and the work the clinic does for them. The event is open to the surrounding community and supporters of the cause.
This years performances feature Judy Tenuta ("Best Female Comedian" at the American Comedy Awards and two-time Grammy nominee), Open Hands All Star Jazz Band (featuring Abraham Laboriel, Greg Mathieson, Bill Maxwell & Justo Almario) and Fallen Rain of Join the Band.
