Why support Waldorf School of the Peninsula?

Waldorf School of the Peninsula (WSP) was established in 1984 to provide children in the fast-paced, technology-oriented culture of Silicon Valley with an education that addresses the heart and will as well as the mind. We operate without a single dollar of public funding, and rely on various forms of fundraising like the Spring Gala to help maintain our school. Fully 100% of the net proceeds from this year's Gala, "Masquerade," will go to these necessities.

Since 1992, WSP has been successfully working with a tuition adjustment program based on the ideal that Waldorf education should be accessible to ALL families who wish it for its own values, regardless of their economic status. We currently serve approximately 300 students in our Nursery through High School programs.
