The Impact of your Gift
92Y gives scholarships to children for ALL of our programs & classes, including dance, music, art, health & fitness, sports, camp, Jewish education, family, special needs and after-school programs. Below is just a sampling of how your dollars could be utilized and make a difference in a child’s life:
$200 Provides a NYC teen with a year-long youth membership to the 92Y May Center gym.
$500 Sparks a child’s creativity and passion with a full year of art, music or dance lessons of their choice.
$1,000 Helps a young child stay experience sportsmanship and team sprit in a supportive and safe environment on the gymnastics or swim team.
$2,500 Allows a special-needs child to escape to a green oasis for a traditional summer camp filled with a full range of opportunities to explore, learn, and have fun.
$5,000 Provides siblings or two best friends who met last year at camp the opportunity to attend together again.
$10,000 Makes the ultimate impact…this gift could provide 5 summer camp scholarships, 20 children to experience a full year of art classes, 10 children to attend Connect Jewish After-School programming for a full year, or 50 teens a year-long membership to the May Center…the possibilities are endless.
