Please join us in welcoming our guest of honor: Sharon Williams, Managing Director of the Central District Forum for Art & Ideas. Sharon is a producing partner of this summer's Engaged Theatre production The Bolden Project.

Raise a glass and celebrate Freehold's honored Artist John Jacobsen. John is the Emmy-winning director and host of the national PBS television show The Artist Toolbox and principal partner of the film company MogaJacobsen. He has written, directed, and produced feature films in Los Angeles, worked on and off Broadway in New York, directed commercials all over the world, but lives here in Seattle where he writes, directs, and teaches at Freehold, Seattle University, and the University of Washington.

Freehold has been a center for the practice of theatre in Seattle for over twenty years.

It has become the heart and soul of theatre in Seattle, a safe place where artists, novices and professionals alike, can take the risks that are so essential to the development of good theatre and film.

Your support makes it possible for us to reach out and bring this safe and supportive environment to culturally underserved populations in our larger community through Freehold's Engaged Theatre program.
