2015 Student Ministries Auction

We are asking you to partner with us and support our Student Ministry Program participating in this fun and exciting event.   The event includes a dinner, youth talent show, both an on-line auction and live auction as well as lots of fun activities during the event.  Proceeds from the event directly support the Student Ministries activities, including:

  • Serving students from the Cherry Creek, Littleton and Douglas County schools
  • Connecting our young to the life changing message of Jesus Christ
  • Making positive impact on our local communities and the world
  • Conducting six camps and three mission trips
  • Providing financial scholarships (65 scholarships in 2014)

Whether you have 1 item or 100 items to contribute, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts. By donating an item or service directly online, you'll be helping to raise money for the Youth Ministry Program.  The more items we have for the auction, the more successful the auction.

Get Registered & Order Dinner Tickets

To participate in the Student Ministry Auction, you will need to perform two tasks, including registration and ordering dinner tickets.

Registration:  Registration is easy and secure.  Simply click the "Register Now" link found in top, center of the page.  Please note, registration is not complete until a credit card has been input.   The auction will use credit cards to expedite the auction close out as well as speed up the check-out process.    

Order Tickets: After completing the registration process, please be sure to order your free dinner tickets by clicking the "Order Ticket" button found on the right, center of the page.  When ordering tickets, specify the number of person in your party.   This information will help in the proper planning of the dinner.  

***No Shipping: Items can be picked up either: 1) Imeediately after the auction closes or  2) the week following the auction (Tuesday, March 3 through Thursday, March, 5 during business hours).
