Auction Procedures and Guidelin
- Class baskets and class art projects will be auctioned separately at the Spring Gala on March 7, 2015
- All items will be available for pickup by the winning bidder in the MSM office beginning Wednesday, March 11. In some cases, the purchaser will have to contact the donor in order to collect the purchased item or service.
- If an item needs to be shipped, it will be shipped by Monday, March 16. Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard rates.
- The purchaser must pay for each item at the final bidding price at the end of the auction.
- All bids are binding and all sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
- Unless otherwise noted, all items are sold “as is”.
- Values placed on items and services are estimates made by the donors and are not warranted by the MSMPA for tax purposes or general value
- The Auction Committee, in accordance with the wishes of the donors and other criteria deemed appropriate, establishes the starting bids and bid increments.
- The terms of the auction items are set forth in the description.
- All Items and services must be claimed or used within one year, unless otherwise specified.
- Please note any restrictions or qualifications associated with an item before placing a bid. Dates and time of use are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and buyer.
