Girls Inc. of Worcester is getting ready to run an online auction fundraiser.
Girls Inc. of Worcester is trying something new and exciting! We have created a mini online auction to raise funds for our School Year and Summer Camp Scholarship Funds. For over 99 years, Girls Inc. of Worcester has been inspiring girls ages 5-18 in Greater Worcester to be strong (healthy), smart (educated), and bold (independent). We teach girls to set and achieve goals, confront challenges, resist peer pressure, see college as attainable, and explore nontraditional fields such as science, technology, engineering, and math. Last year we served over 1,400 girls through our facility based and outreach programs.
Starting on April 15, 2015, Girls Inc. of Worcester will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items/experiences for you to bid on. Many items will be sold to the highest bidder, online, by May 11th - and other items will carry over to the May 13th live event from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Hogan Center at Holy Cross College in Worcester. Check out our great items to help local girls!
