Beverly Vista’s Annual Carnival and Silent Auction are coming up fast. To begin raising money for our wonderful school, we’ve taken the auction LIVE on-line! Now through April 17th, parents and community members like you have the first opportunity to compete on winning our incredible suite of items while helping raise money for our school! We are auctioning off many fantastic, fun and unique items to support our school by providing desperately needed and crucial academic tools such as books on teacher's wish lists, field trips, computer laboratory support and even basic classroom supplies.
You can help our school by TODAY by starting the bidding on valued concert tickets, family oriented items, summer camps, dining, gourmet foods, entertainment and more. All proceeds go directly to our school to continue making it a wonderful place to learn and grow!

You can also contribute to our cause by becoming a sponsor. Whether you have 1 item or 100 to contribute, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts. By donating an item or service directly online, you'll be helping to raise money for our school, and you'll receive a mention on our site that can link back to your own web page.
The live auction will be held at Beverly Vista Elementary School at the annual Carnival on April 19th, 2015.

Pick-Up, Delivery & Shipping Options
Once a winner has been determined, one of the following options will be provided: pick-up or mail. The pick-up option will always be made available to any Beverly Vista family only. For all other families, the auction item listing will state that the pick-up option is available and the winner will be responsible for picking up the item at Beverly Vista School within 2 weeks of notification by Silent Auction Committee. The pick-up option is not available for all items. The other option is mail and the winner will be responsible for all delivery & shipping fees. We will try our best to ship U.S. postal with certified, return address to keep costs at a minimum, which is approximately $6 for a gift certificate. Bigger items will be shipped via UPS.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on any items. All sales are final. No exceptions
