Mujeres de Paz Annual Awards Dinner
The online portion of Mujeres de Paz Annual Awards Dinner - 2015 is now open. The auction will run from March 1, 2015 to March 26, 2015, closing at 8 PM. The auction will go to a live event on March 27, 2015. The auction will run from 6:00 to 8:00 PM nat the live event.
Proceeds go to East Los Angeles Women's Center in order to ensure that women, girls and their families live in a place of safety, health, and personal well-being, free from violence and abuse, with equal access to necessary health services and social support, with an emphasis on Latino communities.
Every spring the East Los Angeles Women’s Center celebrates strength, resilience, and service at our Mujeres de Paz Annual Awards Dinner. Not only do we honor the strength & resilience of the women and girls we serve, we also take this opportunity to applaud the work of volunteers, organizations, and individuals who make peace a centerpiece of their service. This is our most important fundraiser, through the generosity of individuals and corporations we can continue to move forward in our mission, building safer and stronger communities and bridges to health and well-being.
Auction items range from tickets to sports memorabilia and are guaranteed to delight and surprise.
