An electronic voucher for your tickets will be sent automatically to the email address associated with your bidder's account, (or the email entered when you selected to recieve email updates).

All bidders who overbid on merchandise valued at $25.00 or more will receive a coupon for a $5 off coupon a purchase of $20 or more from The Distillery, and a $4.00 certificate for a brick of delicious cheese from Cabot Creamery and NEW for 2015-a coupon for a free chocolate truffle from Hedonist Chocolates!
NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX CHARGE
Your credit card, will be charged 8.0% NY State sales tax due to NYS Law. This only applies to merchandise that is housed in our warehouse and will need to be picked up at the WXXI Studios Sales tax will not be charged for all gift cards, certificates, and the merchandise the auction buyer will need to be picked up at the donor's site. Also, if you live out of state, tax will not be charged on your merchandise.
INFORMATION FOR WINNING BIDDERS:
Certificates will be mailed directly to the address entered on the winning bidder's account at no additional cost. If you do not receive your certificates within 4 weeks of the purchase date please contact the Auction at 585-258-0287. The Auction is not responsible for any certificates that are lost in the mail or unable to be delivered due to an inaccurate, or invalid mailing address entered on the bidder's account. All Thomas the Tank Engine Medina Railroad Event tickets will be mailed on Monday, May 4th.
Shipping is not included on any merchandise items in the WXXI Auction. Bidders who have won Merchandise items (items with an ‘M’ in front of the item number) will be contacted at the conclusion of the Second Chance Auction to arrange shipping for an additional fee. Bidders with multiple purchases will have their items packaged together unless otherwise requested.
The WXXI Auction will ship via FedEx Express. If the bidder prefers a different shipping method they must arrange shipping and contact the Auction with the appropriate details.
Merchandise items can also be picked-up at 280 State Street on the publicized open pick-up dates or by appointment.
Open Pick- Up Days:
- Wednesday, 5/13/15 - 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday, 5/16/15 - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Thursday, 5/21/15 - 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
