Running with the Wolverines Belen Jesuit Gala 2015
From our beginnings in Cuba in 1854 to our humble rebirth in Miami in 1961 one thing has remained – Belen is and always will be a place where spirituality and education are paramount. The founder of the Society of Jesus, St. Ignatius of Loyola said it best, “Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam” to work as a community for the Greater Glory of God. Our faculty and students work with that core principal in mind every day. Our alumni, carry that in their hearts as the move on past the hallways at Belen Jesuit and journey through life. As parents, your support of this core principal is pivotal to our success.
Through the generosity of those that attend the Gala they are aiding hundreds of students that are recipients of the Belen Scholarship Fund. Nearly 25% of our enrolled families are receiving some form of financial aid.
