X-Travaganza's Holiday Auction is now closed. 

Thank you to everyone who participated as a bidder, donor or sponsor for supporting St. Xavier High School.   

Closing and Pick-up Procedures for Winning Bidders

• Winning bidders have received an e-mail notification.  The email is your receipt for the item.  
• The credit card that you chose to register will be charged.  
• All items must be picked up at St. Xavier High School's Doyle  Conference Room located at 600 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45224. The Doyle Conference Room is located in the Development Department office. Please enter the school from View Place and drive along the north side of the building toward the theater. Look for signs directing you to the Development Office entrance. Parking is available directly across from the entrance.
• Pick-up is Friday, December 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Sellers who request that their item be shipped, will be billed for shipping.
• As with all auction items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No exchanges or refunds. 
• All items have an expiration date of 3/12/17 unless otherwise indicated in the item's special instructions.
