Balto Silent Auction 2016- ONLINE!

Starting on February 3, 2016, Balto will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for Balto Week 2016!

The online auction will close Monday, February 8th at 10am. At that time, the highest online bid will become the starting bid for that evening's silent auction at the Edmond North Freshman Academy.  If by the end of the evening, your online bid is still the highest, the item is all yours! 

There will be over 100 other items at the actual auction, so plan to come to ENHS Freshman Academy on Monday, February 8th, 7p-9p to bid on some incredible vacation homes, packages, electronics, etc. The evening will include dessert, punch and live music. 

By bidding on items, you are supporting this year's beneficiary, Fields & Futures. All money raised by Balto will be used to build a brand new sports complex at Roosevelt Middle School. When Fields & Futures introduced us to Roosevelt Middle School in South OKC, we learned their students have not played a home baseball, soccer or softball game in decades due to not having athletic fields, we knew right away that we needed to help. We also learned that current student participation in athletics, band and cheer was less than 25% of the enrollment, combined- far less than the national average of 50% in athletics alone. 

We share Fields & Futures' belief that participation in sports, and really any extracurricular activity, is an incredible motivator for a child in the classroom. If you play you stay, and if you stay, you graduate.
