Thank you for supporting Montessori Country School!

Funds raised from our 2016 "Bid for Kids" Auction will be used to pay for the school's operational expenses, including a much needed upgrade of our heating and air conditioning system.

And thank you to our donors - we couldn't have done this without you!

If you would still like to contribute to our effort, please click on the "Donate Cash" button, or email the Auction Committee if you want to buy an item that was not sold.

WINNING BIDDERS:

1. Payment for Items: MCS will accept payment by credit card, check, or postal money order. Although Bidding for Good requires a credit card as a condition for registering to bid, you can choose check or money order instead. Please email the Auction Committee with your preferred method of payment.

2. Local Pick-Up:

- Families of MCS students can pick up their items during morning drop-off on Wednesday, June 1st. (Payment must be made at that time by cash or check.)

- Other local bidders will need to email to arrange a convenient pick-up time.

3. Shipping: If you are unable to pick up the items in person, please contact MCS to arrange shipping.

- The winner is responsible for all S&H costs, which will be added to the winning bid amount and billed at standard industry rates.

- We can only ship to the continental U.S.; we cannot ship internationally. Items will ship via USPS, or another carrier upon request, with delivery confirmation of some kind. If you bought multiple items, we will group them together whenever possible to save on S&H costs. When your package has been sent, we will notify you with the register receipt and delivery confirmation numbers.

4. "Live Items" will be up for bid during the Live Silent Auction at our End-of-the-Year Celebration on Friday, June 3rd (which has been moved to the rain date of Monday, June 6th). The highest bid from our online auction will become the starting bid for the silent auction. The highest bidder will be notified in person or via email by Wednesday, June 8th.

5. All bids are binding and all sales are final. All items are sold "as is." No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Insurance is recommended because items cannot be replaced. In some cases, the winning bidder will need to contact the donor in order to collect the purchased item or service.
