Conditions of Sale

All sales are final and are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the donors. Unless otherwise specified, all items have been donated to the Beacon PA and are sold by it and not the donor. The stated value of all services and items have been provided by the donors themselves. Purchasers may not ask for refunds or exchanges from donors. Unless othereise specified, certificates for items or services are valid for one year from the date of our event, We recommend that you contact the donor within one month or use your award within six months.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Unless noted, restaurant gift cards do not include gratuities, tax or cash back.

The auction is conducted by the Beacon PA solely for the benefit of the BeaconSchool. By participating in this auction, each bidder recognizes and agrees taht neither the Beacon School, nor the BeaconPA, nor anyone who assists in the conduct of this auction shall be liable for any occurrences resulting from the use of auctioned services or items. 

Every reasonable effort has been made to describe each item correctly, but all items are sold 'as is' and 'where is' and without warranty or representation of any kind as to the correctness of description, authenticity, conditions or quality of fitness for any purpose.

A note about shipping: Once the auction ends, watch your mail! All items will be mailed after the auction to the mailing addresses specified in the winning bidder's BiddingForGood.com accounts. A $1 mailing fee will be added for certificates and actual shipping will be added for jewelry and other physical items. When possible we will combine shipping. Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen therefore tracking and/or insurance is advised and will be added unless winning bidder requests in writing otherwise. A few items are too bulky to mail – pick-up information will be emailed to the winner at the close of the online auction.
