View the amazing packages being featured at the PCMA Southwest and Pacific Chapter Fundraising Dinner on October 17 at Hakkasan Las Vegas, held in conjunction with IMEX America, and an online auction. Most packages will be available to bid on live during the Fundraising Dinner. Some packages will also be available for online bidding starting October 3. 

Proceeds benefit the Professional Convention Management Association Education Foundation.  The PCMA Education Foundation, through the unique strength of our members and partners, fuels and champions the new, innovative and critical projects for our industry, our profession and our future.

All bids at the PCMA Education Foundation Silent Auction are final and subject to the BiddingForGood Terms of Use agreed to upon registration. All packages are provided "as is." Specific dates and locations cannot be changed under any circumstances. Please read all specifications and limitations carefully. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges that the donor of the prize is responsible for providing the prize, and hereby waives any and all claims against PCMA, the PCMA Education Foundation or Convene®. Neither PCMA nor the PCMA Education Foundation are responsible for purchaser's inability to utilize any property or services provided by donor or failure by the donor to provide said property or services and no refunds can be offered.

All bid amounts must be in U.S. Dollars and must increase minimally by the pre-determined increment or multiples of that increment. Non-compliant bids will be disqualified and rejected. Winning bids may be deductible as charitable contributions, subject to Federal Tax Laws. Please consult with your tax advisor for specific information regarding deductibility.
