After this online auction, the party starts. We want all parents to come and have a great adult-only night out. The gala and silent auction are are biggest fundraisers of the year. It brings in 1/4th of our whole operating budget.
We hope the online auction brings in the majority of this so we can have some fun, dance to a great band and do a few really good live and silent auction items in the room.
Buy a ticket and join the party. You can also sponsor a teacher and help us make sure our fabulous Hesby teachers can join the fun with us.
About shipping
When the auction is over, watch your mail. All items will be mailed after the auction to the mailing address entered in the winning bidder's BiddingForGood.com accounts. A $1 mailing fee will be added to certificates. Actual shipping charges will be added for jewlery and other physical items. Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen so tracking and/or insurance is advised and will be added unless winning bidder requests otherwise in writing. Any theme park, concert or sporting event tickets will automatically be mailed with tracking and insurance (cost paid by winner). Hesby parents or winners that live locally will be able to pick up items at school on March 13th. Questions or requests for other delivery arrangements should be addressed to gala@hesbyoaks.org.
