The magic is back for the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay Foundation!   Magic of the Coastside, the Rotary Club’s biggest fundraiser of the year, will be held at the IDES Hall in Half Moon Bay  April 1, 2017 and will feature award-winning magician Tom Ogden as the entertainment headliner. He will team with Suzanne!   

It will be a fun community evening of music, food, auction, and money raffle.  The highlight of the evening will be the presentation and recognition of several outstanding Coastside volunteers. This will be the 6th year that the Club's Service Above Self Award will be given to one of these volunteers.

The primary recipient of the funds raised will go to The HEAL Project to build a second classroom for the students when they come to their San Mateo County School Farm on the Coastside to harvest, plant, taste and learn. Funds will also be designated for college scholarships for HMB High School students along with other local and international projects supported by the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay.

SPECIAL NOTE:  The ONLINE auction closed on Sunday, March 26 and will transition to a live “Silent Auction” at the Magic of the Coastside Dinner Event on April 1 from 5 p.m. to 7:40 p.m. (PDT). Items will open at the last highest online bid.
 
AND for those who were bidding ONLINE ONLY, if your maximum bid is the highest bid at the final auction closing at 7:40 p.m. (PDT), April 1st,  you will have won the item!

Entertainment Tom Ogden is the recipient of the Parlour Magician of the Year award from the Magic Castle in Hollywood, the Clubhouse of the Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood.  He’ll team with Suzanne! to engage the audience at their tables and on the stage. Tom has opened for Billy Crystal and Robin Williams and has performed in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Lake Tahoe.  The show promises to be a fun, interactive and hilarious experience for the Coastside community.  Suzanne! is renowned for her close-up magic which will delight the audience and is recipient of Close Up Magician of the Year Award at Hollywood’s Magic Castle.
