Item Distribution 3/19 to 3/23:
Collect your goodies in the CAFETERIA!
Monday, 3/19, AFTERNOON DISTRIBUTION ONLY, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Morning: Tues, 3/20 - Fri, 3/23, 8:15 - 8:45 am
Afternoon: Tue 3/20 1:30-2:30 pm; Wed, 3/21 & Fri, 3/23, 2:30-3:30 pm.
THERE IS NO AFTERNOON DISTRIBUTION ON THURSDAY.
The following week is Spring Break--Item Distribution is NOT available during this time.
Distribution after 4/3/18 will be by arrangement only.
Items will NOT BE MAILED to:
- Broadway Elementary families
- Bidders living in 90291, 90292 zip codes
If you are a Broadway family or live within these zip codes and cannot make 3/19-3/23 distribution, you must arrange for item pick-up. Please email us early at auction@friendsofbroadwayschool.org so we can get you your winnings before we go on Spring Break.
Some items DO NOT have a physical component to pick up and you don't need to come to Distribution:
- Items with Special Instructions: "You will receive redemption instructions post-auction."
- All entertainment tickets with will call pick-up arrangement.
- All Guest Spots for Teacher Play Dates and Family-Hosted Events. Hosts will receive their guest lists and be in touch with you with event address and any special instructions.
