Now is your chance to not only get all the great items you want, but to do it knowing you are helping support our organization and mission. Our vital programs include Autumn House Adult Day Services, Harbor House Adult Day Services, Helping Hands Adult Homecare Services, Safe Shelter for Domestic Violence, and West Michigan Guardianship.

FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS SILENT AUCTION RULES

  1. Each Silent Auction participant must be registered at Bidding for Good.
  2. All items in the Silent Auction have a minimum raise amount. You may exceed the minimum raise amount.
  3. You may bid on as many items as you wish until the Silent Auction closes.
  4. Once a bid is confirmed by a bidder, it may not be canceled and the bidder is responsible for payment of their winning bids.
  5. Once the Silent Auction is declared closed, Bidding for Good will award the item to the winning bidder.
  6. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
  7. All items are “as is.” CFSSWMI has attempted to describe items correctly based on the information provided by donors. Bidders will be expected to have read descriptions online.
  8. The value listed for each item is an estimate of the fair market value as provided by the donor. Items have not been appraised by CFSSWMI.
  9. Payment for all items will be processed at the end of the event through Bidding for Good. The credit card provided by the bidder at the time of registration will be charged.
  10. Winning bidders may begin picking up their items from 9 to 10 PM on November 30, 2018 at Journeyman Distillery or from 8:30AM to 5:00PM at our administrative offfices on normal business days.
  11. If bidder requires an item to be shipped, the bidder will be responsible to pay for all shipping and freight charges. Items that cannot be shipped are noted in the Special Notes section below the item description.
  12. Each person bidding assumes all responsibilities related to the items obtained at the Silent Auction and agrees to hold CFSSWMI harmless from any liability.
