The Online Auction is Open NOW!
The 2020 Junior Achievement Titan Auction is now open. The auction will run from February 10, 2020 to February 25, 2020, with proceeds going to Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes in order to support our JA Titan programming. Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise. So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!
THE STUDENT COMPETITION is designed for local high school students to compete in the JA Titan Business Simulation at Davenport University. During the competition, each team acts as the Senior Management Team of their virtual company and is responsible for developing business strategies and making “do or die” decisions quarter by quarter. The competition is uniquely designed to unleash creativity, test leadership skills, and demonstrate the competitive nature of the free enterprise system. Teams go head-to-head as they strive to make informed, intelligent business decisions in running their own global, virtual businesses. The success or failure of each company depends on how well these decisions are made. After completing the competition a winner is announced based on their game scores. The team with the best score are each awarded a $1,000 Davenport Scholarship.
