Let's Celebrate!
Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation is celebrating its 20th anniversary of supporting the vital work of Hudson Valley Hospice, who even in the midst of this pandemic is providing end of life care 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the men, women and children of Dutchess and Ulster Counties who are facing a life limiting illness of themselves or a loved one.
With more than 380 patients on service each day, your support helps us fund care for uninsured or under-insured patients in need of critical hospice services; non-formulary medications that tip the scales in favor of patients comfort; hospice and palliative care education, laptops and tablets for our interdisciplinary staff, so they are always connected to each other and all of the information and resources they need to better serve our patients; tablets for our telehospice loaner tablet program, that allows for virtual visits that help keep our patients, their loved ones and our staff connected and safe; end of life doulas, grief and bereavement services and so much more.
