In honor of Financial Literacy Month, Ray Dalio, New York Times bestselling author and the founder of Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund, is auctioning himself for a private lunch for you and up to two guests, to raise funds for the nonprofit Council for Economic Education and bring attention to the importance of financial literacy for the next generation, underscoring his belief in the value of personal finance and economics education for young people.

All funds raised will help ensure every student in America is taught essential financial basics from kindergarten through high school.

About the Council for Economic Education

The Council for Economic Education equips nearly 3,500,000 K-12 students annually with the tools and knowledge of economics and personal finance so that they can make better decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities. With a foundational understanding of personal finance and economics, young people can create a better life for themselves and for those around them. Through CEE's array of programs, we work to make sure financial and economic education is required in K-12 schools; we provide training and free resources to over 50,000 teachers nationwide to bring the highest quality economics and personal finance instruction to students; and we deeply engage students through our competitions and career programs to help them build skills for life.
