We want to thank you for bidding on our auctions items and for those of you who won, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

So what comes next?

You will receive a personal email that has what items you won and what will be charged to your credit card.

For those of you who live out of the Dallas area:

For those of you who live out of the Dallas, TX area, we will add shipping charges even if your items are gift certificates as we will insure the items and purchase a tracking number to make sure you get your items.

If you live out of town and purchased an item, you may have additional costs if we need to purchase packaging materials. 

We will keep all shipping costs to a minimum and will ship USPS as these are the lowest rates.

Dallas Area Winners:

For those who live in the Dallas area, you will have a choice of having us mail or ship the items to you or coming to Dallas LIFE and picking them up. 

We need at least one day's advance notice so that we can have the items pulled and ready for pick-up. 

You can pick them up at our dock, which is open for Auction items pick-up Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM. 

We have chosen these hours since our Dock Supervisor will be on hand to monitor the distribution of your items.

If you choose to have items mailed or shipped to you, you will incur mailing and/or shipping fees since we will insure the items (even Gift Certificates) and purchase a tracking number.

(I use to own a Pack Mail business and do not want to take any changes of something being lost and not insured to recover the cost involved and I want to be able to track it).

Again, thanks so much for supporting Dallas LIFE's On-Line auction.  We had a great time with it and hope you did as well.
