Independent Antioch College is gearing up for Reunion Auction '09!

The Antioch College community recently heard the incredible news that, after much hard work by Antiochians and Antioch College supporters world-wide, our beloved alma mater would be an independent institution once again. Many people have been asking, “How can we celebrate?” and also, “How can we fundraise for the future of Antioch College?” We plan to do both by holding an auction at Reunion 2009: Out of The Twilight Zone!

After the success of the auction in 2007, we are currently planning another auction to benefit the College on Friday, October 2nd.  People have donated such fabulousness as a gift certificates to your favorite restaurants, vouchers to use at a bed & breakfast, and vacation homes (here in the states and abroad!), and services rendered that can be used nationally.  Art, antiques, jewelry, signed books, fine wines, and handcrafted wares have also been donated.  And, of course, we've got plenty of Antiochiana--a copy of Songs from the Stoop, a couple of Antioch fezzes, and perchance a copy of the ever fabled, Campus Tramp.

Let’s make this happen in a big way!  In 2007, we raised well over  $15,000 for the independent Antioch College.  We’d love to best this record amount!
