Much of what happens in your home is invisible. Casera ensures the value of your property is protected with our preventative home maintenance service. Winning bidders will receive Casera services valued at $1,500. Here’s what you'll get:
Month 1 // Initial In-Home Review
This starts with on-site consultations where we can inspect your property, understand it’s intricacies, and make recommendations that will bring all systems up to snuff going forward. Your dedicated Home Advocate will assess everything in your home—from HVAC/air filters, furnaces, pumps, gutters, cabinets, towel racks to water heaters and any other critical home systems.
Month 2 // Follow Up Visits
It continues with monthly visits where we inspect and service your home even further with a hyper-focus on select integral home systems during each visit, looking for any sign of potential damage. We will begin fixing the little things and make recommendations for short-term, and long- term maintenance needs necessary to maintain and enhance the value of your home.
There will up to five visits over the course of this two-month period. It’s up to you if you’d like to move ahead with any preventative or enhancement projects that may reveal themselves during our visits. Please visit casera.com to learn more about our services or to contact us directly.
Item Special Note
Please note that expenses incurred for bigger projects, materials or services from our trusted Casera vendors will be billed separately. You will be notified in advance of any issues discovered that would require any expense. Then, you have the option to hire Casera to handle any related projects which will be billed at an hourly rate plus related vendor fees.
