Item Description
Swimming Into Graceland | This bass was inspired by drives around Martha’s Vineyard with my 3 boys, looking for good fishing spots! We roll down the windows and they hang out staring at the ocean while we blast Paul Simon. The water side is a nod to our time on the ocean, fishing from our sailboat. By land or sea, we love the MV ocean! Lobsterville Road is one of our favorite off-season drives, and Lobsterville beach is one of their favorite fishing spots. I hope this little bass brings some good island fishing vibes into your home! (Title is a play on the Paul Simon lyric “bouncing into Graceland”)
Artist: Lily Keller Bingham
Lily is an oil painter working out of her Vineyard Haven studio. She paints colorful semi-abstract, island-inspired landscapes, and especially loves translating a good Martha’s Vineyard rainy day onto canvas. A passionate sailing family, Lily and her husband and 3 boys spend as much time as possible about their sailboat, “Robin Hood”, exploring our island from all sides.
Item Special Note
This bass is two sided.
