We are asking for your support for an incredible family event, JUMP For A Cure, to be held in downtown Stamford, CT during the annual "Alive at Five" on July 17, 2010. This benefit is being put together by local high school and college students who have all been affected by cancer in one way or another. Along with Broadway and Hollywood Stars these students have become our Jumpers and they have made it their mission to reach out and raise money for young cancer patients. All proceeds will benefit The Sunshine Kids and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital - two organizations that support local children battling cancer. Join us for a day filled with family fun, entertainment, and activities!! Concert line up will include local and nationally acclaimed artists from Jazz, Gospel, Rock, and Oldies!! FEATURING PERFORMERS FROM BROADWAY MUSICALS: WICKED, LION KING, AND RAGTIME!! The Sunshine Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to children with cancer. Established in 1982, we are committed to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients. The Sunshine Kids provides a variety of programs and events, free of charge, for kids who are receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across North America.
