Summit Academy Charter School was created to offer a tuition-free, public middle school, and ultimately high school, alternative to students in CSD 15, specifically targeting the neighborhoods of Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, Sunset Park and Windsor Terrace. Summit Academy offers a highly rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum supported by a structured school culture. Summit Academy maintains high expectations and a no excuses approach to ensure that all students are equipped to enter, succeed in and graduate from the most competitive colleges and universities.
