The Gersh and Sarah Lemberg Children's Center, Inc. (Lemberg) was founded in 1970 by members of the Brandeis University community to provide high quality day care for their young children. It has two addition missions: To support parents in raising young children and to support teachers skilled in inclusion & social emotional development. Lemberg was recently voted one of Boston's Best Preschool Programs in the by Boston Magazine. Our toddler & preschool classrooms are accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs (NAEYC) and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Early Education and Care. The Center also is the American Psychological Associations' Northeast Training Center for ACT Against Violence "Parents Raising Safe Kids" and during public school vacation weeks we operate a creative program in the arts & sciences called Constructive Connections Camp.
