Vision: Bring good food to people's tables around the world Mission: The Culinary Trust has a two-fold, inter-connected mission: to provide culinary professionals with opportunities (through research, grants and scholarships) that enhance their abilities to promote the culinary arts and good food and to recognize the world's culinary heritage through cookbook preservation in order to celebrate the role culinary professionals play in creating that heritage.
