Harboring Hearts programs address the financial and emotional well-being of patients and their families and caregivers. We work with our partnered hospitals to provide financial assistance and other immediate support to pediatric and adult patients awaiting or undergoing a heart transplant or critical cardio-thoracic surgical care.
