The Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority (SVACA) provides the cities of Campbell, Monte Sereno, Mountain View, and Santa Clara with the care of sick, injured, lost and abandoned companion animals, animal cruelty investigations, enforcement of animal laws, education and outreach programs, volunteer and foster programs, and so much more. Our adoption program is open to all Bay Area residents. In 2017, 95% of the animals received at our cageless Animal Care Center were saved. We're proud to be the winner of the Bay Area's "Best City/County Shelters" for the South Bay/Peninsula in 2017 according to Bay Woof Magazine.
