THE BLOOMINGDALE FAMILY PROGRAM is a nationally recognized educational program for young children from low-income families in upper Manhattan. We offer A year-round, full-day educational program for two-, three-, and four-year olds. On-site preventive services for children with special learning needs. Continuing support for children after they transition into elementary school. Parent programs fostering advocacy, self-development, and community involvement.
