The Forgotten, Children of Incarcerated Parents

At the live event, on April 9th from 4:30 - 6:30, there will be one handmade mantel clock auctioned off. This clock was made by an incarcerated father at the NH State Prison. ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE ONLINE ONLY & WILL NOT BE AT THE LIVE EVENT. Our online auction will be available March 20th through April 10th. Proceeds will go to Child and Family Services for the funding of a child to attend the Children of Incarcerated Parents camp at Camp Spaulding. The Family Connections Center (FCC) is a family strengthening program within the NH Department of Corrections. CFS serves, annually (average), about 15,000 children and their families, statewide. Its mission is to advance the well-being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children. They have partnered with the FCC since 2005, helping bring services to families affected by incarceration. Limited food and beverages will be served. This is a free event. CFS hosts Camp Spaulding , and beginning in 2012, in partnership with FCC, developed the Children of Incarcerated Parents (CIP) camp to go along with.
