The Schedule

6:30-7:30 PM : Check in, cocktails, pictures, raffle opportunities and silent auction.

Try the Disco Dancer: A riff on the Harvey Wallbanger (the hipster ’70s cocktail), this drink combines all the orangeness of a Fuzzy Navel with the herbal essence of Galliano. With a splash of club soda, you’ve got a refreshing apéritif that will have you ready to hit the dance floor.

7:30-9:00 PM : Dinner begins with the specialty desert auction, followed by drawing our raffles. Cash bar and wine for your table available for purchase.

9:00-10:30 PM : Let the bidding begin!

10:30-11:30PM : Dance and celebrate your winnings!

In order to properly manage the bar, each ticket holder will be given 1 drink ticket to be redeemable before 7:30 pm. Arrive at 6:30 pm to take advantage!

Dinner Menu and Options

• Blackhawk Salad: Mixed Seasonal Green, Diced Pears, Candied Pecans, Gorgonzola Cheese, Maple Vinaigrette
• Choice of:
• Chicken Positano: Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Baby Sponach, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pimentos, Pine Nuts, Feta and Fontina Cheese Topped with Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce.  Accompanied by Carrot-Wrapped Broccolini
• Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan with Penne Pasta and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
• Chocolate Ice Cream Scoop and Dessert Auction Item for your table (if purchased separately)

How to Purchase your Tickets

1.  Click on the "Order Tickets" to the right under "When & Where" after 8:30 am on Tuesday, February 24th
2.  Enter/Choose your Visa, Master Card or Discover Card to secure your ticket and auction purchases for the evening. You may choose to pay for your ticket and purchases with your card, CASH or CHECK by letting us know in the comments section.  If you have an American Express card on file from past auctions, you cannot use this card this year and must select or enter a Visa, MC or Discover Card.
3.  If you would like to sit with a group of people, enter their names in the comments section. We will make every effort to seat you together but cannot guarantee unless an entire table is purchased together. To purchase a whole table, select 10 for quanity and enter all guest names with contact information.
4.  All payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase to hold your reservation.  Checks/cash must be submitted to Creekside Office.

Attire for Studio 54 is fun, throwback and "almost" anything goes. Think disco glamour. Black is also great OR come in cocktail attire!
