The entire Washington Waldorf School adult community—current and alumni parents, faculty and staff, supporters and friends--gather to socialize, partake of delicious food, festive music and dancing, and raise funds for our school. This is a celebratory occasion that not only shores up the school’s finances, it also strengthens our bond as advocates for Waldorf education in metropolitan Washington, D.C.

(When/Where)

Fields of Fancy takes place Saturday, May 9 at Calleva farm in Poolesville, MD. The Celtic word calleva means “where the paths cross.” What a perfect site for an annual events that brings us all together! The farm’s 165 acres are part of the Montgomery County Ag Reserve. The setting is rustic and charming, with views of pastures, woodlands from the main barn where the gala will be hosted.

In honor of our school’s 45th anniversary, single ticket prices will start at $45. Transportation will be available between WWS and Calleva farm for those who prefer not to drive to the site.
