Join us at the historic Miami Beach Women’s Club, built in 1933 and now impeccably renovated by the Lieberman Family – to celebrate the launch of The Rhythm Foundation’s 28th season of great music in South Florida.

Launching our 2015-16 season in this iconic venue, tucked into Miami Beach’s Collins Park neighborhood, is particularly apt this year as we embark on our electrifying and community-building programs at our new home, the MiMo-era North Beach Bandshell – another postcard-worthy architectural landmark in our city.   The venerable walls of the Women’s Club bring us a strong echo of our own journey in the late 1980s, when we operated and renovated the Cameo Theater on Washington Avenue. These landmark venues are an important part of our city’s culture. We are proud to bring new life to Miami Beach’s historic patrimony.

Wear your dancing shoes: our party will feature the violinist Federico Britos, 2015 Latin GRAMMY honoree. Britos will bring his Hot Club of the Americas, in the style of Grappelli with an infusion of Latin Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Danzón, Bolero, Samba, and Bossa Nova styles.  An unforgettable Miami Beach musical evening!
