Sustainable Celebration

The exclusive VIP Cocktail Hour kicks off at 6pm with New York Yankees First Baseman Mark Teixeira, Bravo TV Host & Chef Jeff Zurofsky, and Salt-N-Pepa singer Sandra "Pepa" Denton. 

The main event starts at 7pm, featuring: 

• sustainably grown heavy hors d'oeuvres by Maison Prive, a gourmet catering company located in Greenwich and dedicated to protecting the inherent value that not only lies within each individually grown stalk of wheat, but also in the perfectly calloused hand of the farmer who sows it;
• Shearwater artisanal coffee tasting by Shearwater Organic Coffee Roasters, Fairfield County's only local, organic small-batch roaster. The tasting will include freshly roasted single-origin Colombia Popayan and Guatemala Finca Santa Isabel - both of which received excellent 92 scores on Coffeereview.com! The coffees will be prepared manually using the advanced Espro Press;
• silent & live auctions including orginal art, sports memorabilia, and one of a kind experiences;
• and technology tours showcasing alternative food production solutions and alternative vehicle systems.
