Make some magic with us! Sponsorships, Reserved Tables, and Tickets are now available.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, April 16, 2016, for a magical evening of fun and fellowship. Magic 'til Midnight, Emmaus' 2016 Gala, includes a cocktail hour, seated dinner, live auction, diamond jewelry raffle, dancing, casino games, and special surprise entertainment. Proceeds raised through this event will help make possible the work that Emmaus Catholic Parish does in the Austin community.

Sponsorship benefits and non-sponsor table and ticket offerings are detailed below. You may purchase your sponsorships, reserved tables, or individual tickets online through the Order Tickets link or mail a check to the parish office. Though you will have the option to include your guests' information at time of purchase, it is optional; you may notify us at a later date with your guest names.

RESERVED TABLES: $800
Non-Sponsor reserved table for eight
Enjoy the Gala seated with your friends. Your table will feature enhanced location and decor over the general admission seating.

NON-RESERVED GENERAL ADMISSIONS: $75 
General Admission seating will be at your choice of available General Admission tables when you arrive at the event. Seating will not be reserved in advance. To guarantee seating with friends, we suggest you choose a reserved table for 8 or a sponsorship that includes a table.

Please note: 

1. Sponsor acknowledgement is subject to print deadlines. To guarantee inclusion in the event program, please sign up by March 25, 2016. Contributions will be acknowledged through end of our fiscal year.

2. Table placement in the Great Hall is based first on level of participation, followed by date payment is received.  All tables will be rounds of 8.

3. For Sponsorships and Reserved Tables, one person should submit full payment to reserve a table. We will follow up with table hosts in early April for guest lists if you are unable to provide at time of registration. If you prefer to have guests pay the parish directly, table host should collect checks from guests and submit as a complete package to the parish office rather than registering online through this site.

4. Emmaus Catholic Parish is a 501(c)3 organization. The amount of your contribution that may be deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes is limited to the amount contributed in excess of $75 per person, which is the value of food and beverage for the event. For example, if you purchase a table for 8, the value of food and beverage would be $600, or $75 x 8.

Event Attire

Attire is "nice church clothes" to glamorously formal; black tie optional. (Of course, if you prefer, dress to the theme as a magician, the lovely assistant, or even their rabbit!)
